Yellow X-Sharp Cheddar (10 oz)

I just wanted to let you know that your extra sharp cheddar cheese was the best I have ever tasted. There are many cheddar cheeses on the market that claim to be sharp or extra sharp, but taste no sharper than a mild cheese. I went to Patterson Fruit Farm just to purchase some bakery items and I stumbled onto Troyer's cheese; and I am glad I did...It make the best cheddar cheese sandwich that I have had in a long time. I plan on driving to the Amish area in a few weeks, and I will definitley stop by your store to purchase more cheese in order to make macaroni and cheese...I can't wait!
