Troyer Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix

Directions for Cheeseball:
1) Mix contents of Lemon Cheesecake packet with 8oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.*
2) Chill mixture until firm.
3) Shape into a ball and roll in contents of topping packet.

*Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.

Serving Suggestions:Serve on graham crackers, cookies, fruit or bagels.

1) Mix contents of Lemon Cheesecake Mix with 8oz. cream cheese and 4Tbs. butter or margarine.
2) Add 8oz prepared whipped topping.
3) Spoon into prepared graham cracker pie crust and sprinkle top with contents of topping packet.
