Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix

Directions for Cheeseball:
1) Combine Mix with 8oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.*
2) Chill mixture until firm.
3) Drizzle caramel topping over cheeseball. Tip: Placing caramel pouch in hot water for a few minutes will make it easier to drizzle or spread. Serve on graham crackers, cookies, or a variety of fruit.
 *Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.


Quick Cheesecake:
Combine Mix with 8oz cream cheese and 4Tbs. butter (optional). Fold in 8oz whipped topping and spoon in graham cracker crust. Drizzle
with caramel topping. Refrigerate until serving.

Ingredients: Key Lime Mix: Sugar, (corn starch), fructose, natural and artificial flavors (corn syrup solids), citric acid, ascorbic acid, artificial colors (yellow 5 and yellow lake 5, blue 1 and blue lake 1). Not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Topping: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine monoitrate [vitamin b1], riboflavin [vitamin B2, folic acid), graham flour, sugar, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil), molasses preserved with sulfur dioxide, high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda, calcium phosphate), salt.
