Garden Vegetable Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix

Directions for Cheeseball:
1) Combine Mix with 8oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine (optional).*
2) Chill mixture until firm.
3) Shape into a ball and roll in contents of topping packet.
*Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve on crackers or veggies. Also makes a great filling for finger sandwiches!

Hot Dip:
Combine Garden Vegetable Mix and Topping with 8oz cream cheese, 4Tbs. butter or margarine, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup milk. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture is warm and thoroughly blended.
