Troyer White Chocolateer Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix

Directions for Cheeseball:
1) Mix contents of White Chocolate Amaretto packet with 8oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.*
2) Chill mixture until firm.
3) Shape into a ball and roll in contents of topping packet.

*Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve on graham crackers, fruit or a variety of cookies.

White Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake:
1) Mix contents of White Chocolate Amaretto Mix with 8oz. of cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.
2) Add 8oz. prepared whipped topping.
3) Spoon into prepared graham crackers pie crust and sprinkle with contents of Topping packet. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients: White Chocolate Amaretto Mix: Sugar, creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, lecithin), natural and artificial flavors (modified corn starch and tapioca starch,maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, sodium citrate, salt, lactic acid, dextrose, and brown sugar). Topping: Sliced Almonds.
